In fact, every villa owner or villa agent can list a villa for free and provide information to their prospective guests about the villa. We ensure that even free listings can include a phone number to allow the guest to contact them.
Of course, we also have listed “Premium” and “Website” villas. These include properties that pay us a monthly fee for our services, including connecting them with prospective guests.
How are Villas Ranked?
Villas are ranked on the site as follows:

1. Website Subscribers (e.g., Those that register a Marketing Name and use our Website Software)
2. Premium Subscribers
3. Free Listings
4. Basic, unverified listings
BOTTOM
Within each of the tiers we currently publish the most recently added to our directory to the top position. We hope to be launching soon the ability to search/sort on variables (price, ratings, amenities, etc.).
Do we vouch for the quality of a Villa?
No… any interaction that you have with a Villa is undertaken at your own risk. One of the things that we have tried to do is let the community “vote” and provide feedback on a particular Villa.
